We store account information, submitted comments, moderation results and a one-way hash of the submitting IP address for abuse prevention. We do not display email addresses or raw IP addresses publicly.

Comment text is sent to OpenAI for safety and integrity classification before publication. Do not place private or sensitive personal information in a comment.

Server and mail logs are retained for security and operational purposes. Contact privacy@foxwatchdog.com for an access or deletion request, subject to legal and anti-abuse retention needs.
